Emily Kron

Emily Kron is a multi-hyphenate artist and content creator, working in film, theatre and music.

Emily has written and directed short film & video pieces (Millie, A National Period) as well co-created and performed in many, many comedy sketches (Galmance, viral sensation Handsome Dancer and more.) She also directs music videos for her band Em & The Fates, where she’s BB King, 54 Below & is about to start a residency at Rockwood Music Hall. Her work has been featured on Refinery29, Now: This Her, Into The Gloss, Bitch Media and more. Some favorite acting credits include Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Lil Red in Into the Woods, Daphna in Bad Jews, Phoebe in As You Like It and Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, (the last two being award winning performances.) She recently played a co-star on NBC’s Shades of Blue and leading roles on comedy pilots commissioned of Comedy Central and Randomhouse. She usually likes to make work about women, for women. Yay!
